How we do it
I offer landscape designs from basic idea drawings to technical layout plans. These can include visualisations capturing what your new garden could look like using the newest 3d tools, ensuring you understand what your space will look like.
We don't just stop there either, as we can provide detailed specification sheets and planting plans. An essential part of what we do is helping people understand what they want, it sounds simple, but its so important to ensure that you end up with a garden that you want and can enjoy. Its also the most fun part of what we do. We design and construct gardens all over Sussex, Kent and London and are always willing to travel for that interesting project.
Because promoting and protecting nature is integral to what we do, all my schemes are designed to promote positive ecological change, consider whole life cycle costs and deliver new spaces that function as biodiverse sustainable systems. This could mean: using native species of the right mix and numbers, soil improvement, providing water sources as well as avoiding the use of chemicals and inappropriate materials during the construction process. Unless a client asks otherwise, all schemes are designed to be as drought tolerant and low maintenance as possible with plant species chosen to require minimal levels of soil improvement or chemical use.
Garden Designing
A comprehensive design service including planting plan, master plan, 3d visualisations and technical scale plan. 3d visualisations are great because they actually let you see what your new garden could look like prior to any works commencing.
Build
Design and building the design. We carry out the works ourselves or with trusted contractors.
Revitalise
We revitalise tired gardens, and we can also recharge and reshape existing gardens.
Maintenance
We do follow on maintenance on a regular or irregular basis, as we like maintaining a relationship with the gardens we design and the people we have created the gardens with.
